Question 1:How do I check on the status of my order?

Question 2:Why does my order require voice verification and/or fax verification?
We like to take all possible steps to protect our clients' details as well as the integrity of MMOGC. By speaking with our client's on the phone, we not only make the transaction fast, easy and safe, but it also gives us a chance to strengthen our connection to our clients and answer any questions you might have.
Question 3:How do I trade currencies from server to server or from game to game?
Our site www.mmogc.com is set up to easily process cross-server or cross-game transfers. MMOGC must receive the currency on the departure server/game before we can deliver to the arrival server/game.
Question 4:I am using SWG trial version; can I purchase credits from MMOGC?
Yes. However, the trial version can only hold a maximum of 50,000 credits at one time, so if you have ordered more than this, you CANNOT receive it until you have installed the full version of the game. If you have purchased SWG credits with the trial version, your order will be reserved and held ready for delivery until you are ready to accept it. You may return to our live chat at your convenience to arrange the delivery.
Question 5:Why did the delivery person send me a message and then disappear from the game?
Sometimes the stock ordered is spread across several accounts, and we like to consolidate it for the convenience of the client before the final trade takes place. It is also possible that our character has been disconnected, and is attempting to log back into the game. If at anytime you feel unsure about the status of your order, feel free to log onto our live chat service to check on the progress of your delivery. |
